At Whitetail Lawncare, we take pride in delivering quality service and clear communication. This Refund Policy outlines how service acceptance, rescheduling, and credits are handled.
Service Acceptance
By scheduling and receiving services from Whitetail Lawncare, the customer agrees to accept the goods and services provided unless otherwise stated in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Any concerns or issues must be communicated within this timeframe so we can address them promptly.
Weather-Related Rescheduling
Due to the nature of lawn and landscape services, weather conditions may require rescheduling. If a service is delayed due to weather, Whitetail Lawncare will reschedule and complete the service within five (5) days of the original service date whenever possible.
Service Credits
If weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent the rescheduled service from being completed within the five-day window, a credit will be issued toward the following month’s service. Credits are applied to future services and are not redeemable for cash.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued for completed services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Our goal is always to resolve concerns through service adjustments, follow-up visits, or service credits when appropriate.
